All components are produced using CNC and conventional lathes, milling machines and boring machines - all completed to the very highest standard. We also offer a first-rate breakdown service for all your plant, lifting equipment and industrial machinery

CNC turning

  • Maximum of 1100mm diameter with a maximum of 750mm clearance over the saddle x 2000mm between cts. Maximum diameter in the spindle bore 165mm.

  • Maximum of 560mm diameter with a maximum of 350mm clearance over the saddle x 1750mm between cts. Maximum diameter in the spindle bore 104mm.

  • Maximum of 480mm diameter with a maximum of 260mm clearance over the saddle x 3000mm between cts. Maximum diameter in the spindle bore 80mm.

CNC milling

  • Maximum longitudinal travel of 1525mm, 600mm cross travel and 540mm head travel. 4 axis milling applications.
